A few shutters are up!
The yard is a mess, but they are working on the water and sprinkler lines.
Hardwood in foyer, covered up
I wanted carpet in the living room
The chandelier is a little low for me, Steve will adjust this when we move in.
My dusty countertops! I still love them though!
My dirty hardwood
A whole lotta carpet in the family room
We did something many may find odd, but we got the same tile in both the owner's bath and secondary bath. The secondary bath will be painted a different color and have different hardware on the cabinets.
I actually like the sink and tub faucets. For some reason I didn't think I would and was already looking for replacements.
They mistakenly measured the wrong area for the showerhead. This will be fixed.
Laundry room. I was nervous about whether the washer and dryer I wanted would fit, but Steve took the measurements of the room and they fit with just a couple of inches remaining. We may have to remove the washer tray though depending on the depth of the washer.
Heading down to the basement
A whole lotta space for Steve's man-cave
We have air, and it was in full force! They had it on blast...no complaints from Steve cool-wise!
I am still in the process of getting my paint choices down, I want to paint the living and dining rooms, a portion of the morning room, family room and our bedroom. Once Tre decides on the color he wants for his room we will tackle his. I can't believe I leave Korea in 17 days, and will be a homeowner in 25! Time is flying!
