We've locked in!

Thirty minutes ago we locked in our rate...3.25% with 3/8 point lender credit! That dropped our estimated mortgage/taxes by $106/month! God is good!! Feeling so blessed right now!

      Thank you! I tried to hold out as long as possible, but felt like if I waited any longer the rate would change for the worst. No regrets :)
